The volume, curated by Ada Masoero and published on the occasion of Pietro Consagra’s solo exhibition at Galleria Fumagalli in 2002, presents a sequence of images that analyzes the entire production of stone works from 1972 to present. From the first works to the Bifrontali, the Prominenze, the Addossati, the Interferenze, the Muraglie and the Matacubi. The text by Ada Masoero, entitled “Consagra: le Pietre” traces their history highlighting the thought that caused them, often quoting the artist who explained the reasons of his choices in several texts.
