The publication accompanies the group exhibition held at Galleria Fumagalli, Bergamo in November/December 1996 entitled “Arte Programmata 1962” which brought together works by Getullio Alviani, Giovanni Anceschi, Davide Boriani, Gianni Colombo, Gabriele Devecchi, Enzo Mari, Bruno Munari, Alberto Biasi, Ennio Chiggio, Toni Costa, Edoardo Landi, Manfredo Massironi, Grazia Varisco. The volume includes the first and second anastatic re-print of the historical catalog of the exhibition “Arte Cinetica Arte Programmata opere moltiplicate opera aperta” from 1962 held in Ivrea with an introduction by Umberto Eco. The book is introduced by a text by Marco Meneguzzo.
