JANNIS KOUNELLIS
KOUNELLIS. IMPRONTE
The Istituto Centrale per la Grafica presents at Palazzo Poli in Rome, the exhibition “Kounellis Impronte” dedicated to the graphic work by the recently passed away Master. Jannis Kounellis, the undisputed protagonist of an art that has revolutionized the pictorial language since the 1960s, had personally chosen the works to be exhibited before his recent death: the last graphic work created in 2014 by Stamperia d’Arte Albicocco in Udine and two series of works, The Gospel according to Thomas from 2000 and Opus I from 2005, both made in Jaffa by the Israeli printing company Har-El Printers & Publisher.
