The exhibition “The Adventure of Color” shows the history of color in modern and contemporary art through a selection of important works from the Centre Pompidou’s collection, exploring the recurring impulse of artists to experiment with color, both as a powerful vector of emotions and sensations, both as a material and spiritual support of painting. Also on view Kenneth Noland’s Air (1964).
