The publication accompanies the first solo exhibition at Galleria Fumagalli, Bergamo by French artist Claude Viallat held in April/May 2003. The book includes a selection of images of the works on show – a series of large colored canvases scattered with typical “signs” of the artist’s painting – together with photographic documents and the texts by Luca Massimo Barbero “Painting the unthinkable”, and by Annamaria Maggi “The painting rebuilt in anti-forms”.
