The Ducci Foundation presents Frammenti e Disseminazione, the first solo exhibition of ceramics created by Pino Pinelli between 1993 and 2017, in which the artist abandons painting and investigates space through a new means that is ceramics. Pinelli’s palette is enriched in this exhibition with gold and silver tones, in addition to the typical red, blue and yellow, which together with white, black and grey are the fundamental elements of the artist’s alphabet. The gesture naturalness of dissemination acquires an even more accentuated material component with ceramics. The exhibition path invites the visitor to follow the steps taken by the artist in his research and exploration process, playing with the juxtaposition and dissemination of monochrome and complementary fragments, in an active dialogue with the suggestive spaces of ancient Palazzo Cisterna.
