Maria Elisabetta Novello has presented within the Festival Avostanis three installations and a performance in the show IO (NON) SO, curated by Angelo Bertani, at Agriturismo Ai Colonos, Villacaccia, Udine, Italy.
As a tribute to Pier Paolo Pasolini, this research has started after the reading of an article of the 1974 “Cos’è questo golpe? Io so” (What’s that coup d’état? I know”), to which the artist adds the negation adverb overturning the meaning given by the poet, journalist and director, thus putting the sentence in the dimension of doubt.
