Galerie Crone, Wien hosts the one-man exhibition by German artist Peter Welz “Portrait#4 [AA Bronson]”. The artist continues his research on portrait, focusing on series in which multimedia moving-image sculptures pay homage to formative figures in film and art history. After Francis Bacon, Curzio Malaparte and Michelangelo Antonioni, Peter Welz’s current work concerns the Canadian artist and curator AA Bronson, founder of the artist collective General Idea and the New York Art Book Fair.
