The exhibition “Claudio Verna. Colore come assoluto” is a new investigation on the theme of painting and color in relation to the multi-year project “In Pinacoteca. Windows on the contemporary”, started in 2013 in collaboration with the MART and curated by Daniela Ferrari. The power of color is in fact the primary instrument with which Claudio Verna creates his works which take shape without a predetermined drawing, as declared by the artist, but by gradual laying of pigments.
