The exhibition entitled “Lo strano colore del rosso” is inspired by the poem Rain by Jorge Luis Borges and pays homage to the artist Giancarlo Vitali in the year of his death. By asking artists to participate with works freely inspired by flower, the exhibition refers to a color that was an identity matrix in Vitali’s painting as well as a flower, the rose. Among the invited artists, Letizia Cariello exhibits the diptych Prima che il gallo canti (2018), photograph with red embroidery interventions in cherry and Canaletto walnut structure designed by the artist, 39,8×39,8 cm.
